It has been fully renovated and includes a teak wood kitchen, A/C, and is fully furnished. The area is developing now so nightlife and international restaurants are a taxi ride away. In our opinion a high price for a studio unit, especially in the back building, however units are selling in the building and it is in a foreign name. Transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer!!. |
