The construction of this absolute beach front property was completed in April 2008.It is situated directly on the beautiful and peaceful Klong Nin beach, about half way down the west side of Lanta Island.
The property in fact consists of two buildings, referred to as Living Room Villa and Bedroom Villa. The Living Room Villa faces the ocean, and is only 15metres (8 of which are taken up by the swimming pool) from the beach.
