This is a cute cottage is a friendly village community yet only a short
distance from the centre of Chiang Mai. We are in a small side street which
is quiet except for the normal sounds of village life. At the same time
however, within 10 minutes drive from here are a Carrefour Centre/Homepro,
HomeMart, Tesco, Index and Makro.
The house is of timber and masonry construction and has a northern thai
timber house appearance. It was renovated in 2004 (with ongoing
maintenance/improvements). It is on a small block of land so not suitable
for people with more than one car - but good if you like low-maintenance
living (e.g. not mowing lawns all the time, etc.)
Some of the features include a tall masonry fence and steel entry gate, an
aircon unit and central electric hotwater unit
